100 cSt Chain Oil
COLDEX RAM 100 is a tacky, semi-synthetic oil with superior resistance to oxidation that evaporates extremely slowly even at temperatures between 200-260 °C. It is an oil adapted for lubricating the bearings and chains of systems operating at high temperatures.
- —It has superior properties against extreme pressure and wear.
- —It provides superior resistance to oxidation.
- —It is used especially in the chains and rails of textile stenters, in continuous press cylinders and chains for chipboard, and in chains and bearings found in ovens and enclosures suitable for polymerization.
- —It provides excellent stability at very high temperatures.
- —It is used as a high-temperature moving-part oil in circulation or lost-oil applications up to 280 °C.
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
