Die Casting Lubricants

These are mold-release products modified with special additives for the pressure die casting of low-melting-point non-ferrous metals and alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, zinc, and zamak. With the special additives they contain, they do not smoke under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. By allowing the part to be easily released from the mold, they prevent surface defects and provide an excellent casting surface. They absolutely cause no problems in the painting and coating operations to be applied to the part after casting.
