Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluids

These are products manufactured with state-of-the-art formulations that meet the needs of all new-technology (high-speed) machines and that definitively solve the problems of rust and bacterial growth and the resulting rancidity. The products, which provide excellent emulsion stability even in hard water, are reinforced with EP (extreme pressure) additives. They guarantee very high tool life and excellent surface finish in the most difficult operations. The products, which do not foam at high rotational speeds (> 6000 rpm), provide long sump life with specially selected additives. They are machining fluids that can be successfully used in operations such as turning, milling, and all kinds of cutting and drilling, as well as in high-concentration operations such as threading, broaching, and reaming.
