Product information
It is composed of a combination of high-temperature-resistant wax, hydrocarbons and surfactants.
Advantages
- —Resistant to high operating pressure and temperature.
- —Does not produce smoke.
- —By forming an excellent protective and lubricating film layer on the mold surface, it allows the cast part to be easily released from the mold.
- —Mixing with water in any ratio, it ensures cooling of the mold.
- —With its corrosion-preventive additives, it extends the service life of the mold. Thanks to the protective and lubricating film layer, it prevents unwanted discoloration on the mold and the product. It does not oxidize.
- —It does not affect the structure of the product and prevents surface defects. It does not leave dirt on the mold surface.
- —It does not affect the subsequent process (painting, coating, etc.).
- —It shows resistance to hard water.

Storage
The product should be stored in its original packaging with the cap closed, protected from extreme cold and heat, in a dry and cool place. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
