Fully Synthetic Metalworking Fluid (For Cylindrical Grinding)
TESS-SAN FORCE K 102 B is a fully synthetic grinding fluid composed of a combination of special lubricants, surfactants, organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, EP (extreme pressure) and anti-wear additives, antioxidants and hydrocarbons. Due to its suitable structure, it can also be easily used on CNC machining machines

- —Does not foam during operation. A clean surface is obtained in grinding.
- —Its rust prevention property is high, it is long-lasting.
- —Provides ease in machining precision parts. Gives a stable emulsion.
- —Does not leave residues that are difficult to clean on the machine and in the tank, keeps the system clean.
- —Does not harm human health or the skin.
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
