Broaching Oil
EUROLUB BR 60 is a chlorine-free cutting and broaching oil used for heavy operations such as broaching, reinforced with special additives resistant to high pressure and temperature (EP, sulfur and phosphorus combinations, anticorrosive, anti-wear additives).
- —Thanks to the EP additives it contains;
- —By forming a very good film between the cutting tip and the workpiece, it minimizes wear and friction.
- —It delivers high performance even in difficult operations such as broaching in particular.
- —It extends the life of the cutting tip.
- —It does not smoke at high temperatures.
- —It does not deteriorate or darken with use.
- —It contains no chlorine.
- —It does not cause rust.
- —It can be used even on the hardest steel.
- —It carries metal chips to the reservoir, keeping the system clean.
- —It provides an excellent bright surface finish.
The product should be stored in its original packaging with the cap closed, protected from extreme cold and heat, in a dry and cool place. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
