Grinding and Turning Oil (Synthetic)
It is a synthetic cutting oil reinforced with high-pressure, anti-wear, anticorrosive and detergent additives, developed for use on index and automatic lathes.
- —Thanks to the EP additives it contains;
- —It extends the life of the cutting tip.
- —It does not deteriorate or darken with use.
- —It does not cause rust.
- —It carries metal chips to the reservoir, keeping the system clean.
- —It provides an excellent bright surface finish.
- —On aluminum and brass materials it eliminates the staining problem caused by corrosion after use. The pH balance has been established accordingly.
- —It does not cause the machine and environment pollution caused by mineral oil. It is easy to clean and can be cleaned with water. It does not cause odor in the environment. Compared to mineral oils, its harm to health is negligible.
The product must be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. Prolonged exposure of the product to excessive heat and contact with strong oxidizing substances must be avoided. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year
