Tapping Oil
It is a neat cutting oil composed of a combination of mineral oil, EP (extreme pressure) additives, anti-wear additives and antioxidants.
- —Thanks to the EP additives it contains;
- —Resistant to high pressure and temperatures, it extends the life of the cutting tool with the anti-wear additives it contains.
- —It extends the life of the cutting tip.
- —It prevents the product from darkening during use and enables high-performance operation.
- —It does not cause rust.
- —It carries metal chips to the reservoir, keeping the system clean.
- —It provides an excellent bright surface finish.
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
