Cutting Oil (Volatile)
TESS-SAN EUROLUB CX 790 is a neat cutting fluid used during the cold forming of metal plates, reinforced with EP additives.
- —Thanks to the additives it contains, it does not smoke at high pressure and temperatures.
- —By forming a good film on the material to be drawn, it facilitates cutting and forming.
- —It prevents friction and wear.
- —It provides an excellent surface finish and leaves no stains on the surface.
- —It does not cause rust.
- —It can be easily removed in degreasing baths
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year
