Silicone Mold Release Agent
EUROLUB MR 350 is used as a mold release agent in plastic and rubber production. The appropriate working ratio should be determined depending on the operating conditions and the properties of the surface to be treated. It can be diluted with water at a certain ratio.
- —Can be used by mixing with water at any ratio.
- —Resistant to high working pressure and heat.
- —Does not smoke.
- —By forming an excellent protective and lubricating film layer on the mold surface, it enables the part to be easily released from the mold.
- —Owing to the protective and lubricating film layer, it prevents undesirable discoloration on the mold and the product.
- —It does not affect the product structure and prevents surface defects. It does not cause dirt on the mold surface.
- —It does not affect the subsequent process (painting, coating, etc.).
The silicone emulsion should not be left in open containers; the drum cap must always be kept closed. It must be protected from cold and excessive heat. The storage life in its original packaging and at room temperature is 6 months.
