Semi-Synthetic Cutting Fluid (Pipe and Profile Sector)
K 102 FORCE TUBE is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid composed of a combination of special lubricants, surfactants, organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, EP (Extreme Pressure) and anti-wear additives, antioxidants, and hydrocarbons.
- —It is a semi-synthetic coolant developed for pipe and profile processes. It can be used safely in all operations (CNC, milling, shaping, drilling-tapping).
- —Thanks to the additives it contains, it works under extreme pressure. Its corrosion inhibitors prevent rust formation.
- —The film layer it forms keeps machining performance at an optimum level.
- —It has excellent corrosion resistance.
- —Because it contains additives that prevent bacterial growth, it is not affected by the working environment.
- —Because its lubricity and washing properties are very good, it keeps the system clean.
The product must be stored in its original packaging, with the lid closed, in a dry and cool place. Prolonged exposure of the product to excessive heat and contact with strong oxidizing substances must be avoided. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into the water. This must be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
