Universal Soluble (Emulsifiable) Oil
TESS-SAN EUROLUB TE 210 ES is a standard soluble oil composed of a combination of special lubricants, surfactants, organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, EP (extreme pressure) and anti-wear additives, antioxidants and hydrocarbons.
- —It works under extreme pressure with the additives it contains. It prevents the formation of rust thanks to corrosion inhibitors.
- —It keeps machining performance at optimum with the film layer it forms.
- —Since it contains additives that prevent bacterial growth, it is not affected by the working environment.
- —It has the ability to separate the machine and system from other oils and dirt.
- —By absorbing the friction heat between the workpiece and the cutting tool, it provides very good cooling and increases the service life of the tools.
The product must be stored in its original packaging, with the lid closed, in a dry and cool place. Prolonged exposure of the product to excessive heat and contact with strong oxidizing substances must be avoided. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into the water. This must be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
