Copper Wire Drawing Fluid (Fine – Super Fine Wire)
EURODRAW TE 418 is a copper wire drawing fluid made of a combination of corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) additives, antioxidants and surfactants. These are wire drawing fluids developed for drawing copper and its alloys from wire rod to any gauge.
- —With very good carrying and detergent properties, it keeps the rolls and the machine clean.
- —With a suitable pH range, it prevents possible copper surface corrosion and provides excellent surface quality.
- —Thanks to its special formulation, it guarantees a maximum emulsion life with high stability.

- —Extends tool life.
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
