EURODRAW TE 428
Copper Wire Drawing (Medium and Fine Wire)
EURODRAW TE 428 is a semi-synthetic water-based product used in medium and fine wire drawing operations, developed especially for copper wire and lead wire drawing processes.
- —Resistant to high working pressure and heat.
- —With excellent washing and carrying properties, it cleans materials and pulleys, extending their life.
- —Leaves no stain on copper wire and prevents copper corrosion.
- —Provides excellent lubricity.
- —Because it is semi-synthetic, it is used at a ratio of 0.5-1 % in the annealing process.
- —EURODRAW TE 428 emulsions are easily filterable and do not foam even in deionized water.
- —Due to its special additives, it is anti-corrosive for the ferrous materials in the system
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year
