Graphite-Free Water-Based Forging Oil
EUROLUB FO 1060 WN is an organic-based, water-mixable hot forging oil. It exhibits excellent lubricating properties at very high temperatures. FO 1060 WN is a graphite-free oil and is applied by spraying onto the hot mold. After the water in it evaporates, an adhesive film layer forms on the hot mold, and this film layer provides separation and elasticity between the part and the mold. FO 1060 WN is widely applied for hot forging operations of iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

It should be stored in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a closed and sheltered place. As long as the required conditions are maintained, the shelf life is 1 year.
