Synthetic Metalworking Fluid (Cast Iron and Steel Materials)
COLDEX 2002 is an ester-based cutting and cooling fluid composed of a combination of special lubricants, surfactants, organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, EP (extreme pressure) and anti-wear additives, antioxidants and ester additives.

- —Works under extreme pressure thanks to the additives it contains. Prevents rust formation thanks to corrosion inhibitors.
- —Keeps machining performance at optimum with the film layer it forms.
- —Has excellent corrosion resistance.
- —Environmentally friendly. 100% soluble in nature. It is a biodegradable product.
- —Since it contains additives that prevent bacterial growth, it is not affected by the working environment.
- —Since its lubricity and washing property are very good, it keeps the system clean.
The product should be kept in its original packaging with the cap closed, in a dry and cool place. The product should be protected from prolonged exposure to excessive heat and from contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
