Semi-Synthetic - Steel, Aluminum, Heat-Treated Materials
COLDEX 2044 S2/B is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid composed of a combination of special lubricants, surfactants, organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, EP (extreme pressure) and anti-wear additives, antioxidants and hydrocarbons.
- —Can be used safely in all operations (CNC, milling, planing, boring).
- —Thanks to its high oil content, it is used comfortably in machining aluminum and stainless materials.
- —Can be used comfortably in screw and nut manufacturing operations.
- —Works under extreme pressure thanks to the additives it contains. Prevents rust formation thanks to corrosion inhibitors. Keeps machining performance at optimum with the film layer it forms.
- —Has excellent corrosion resistance.
- —Since it contains additives that prevent bacterial growth, it is not affected by the working environment.
- —Since its lubricity and washing property are very good, it keeps the system clean.
The product must be stored in its original packaging, with the lid closed, in a dry and cool place. Prolonged exposure of the product to excessive heat and contact with strong oxidizing substances must be avoided. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25 ºC. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into the water. This must be done with the help of a pump or other mixers. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year
